Sapphire

Incredibly strong and reliable glass is produced from artificial leucosapphires.
Sapphire implants possess a double property. These implants can either quickly adhere to encircling tissues or remain autonomous. Sapphire tooth implants are also widely applied.
Synthetic leucosapphires are used as raw material for production of the ophthalmological scalpels, eye lenses and of heavy-duty optically transparent elements.
